| | Summary: |
| | Answering the question of establishing a balanced relationship between
dwelling house and group of houses inevitably forces establishing relation between
individual and general; singular and plural; placing the user in the center of urban and
architectural designing. Influence of the CIAM Congress on architectural deliberation
development, urban and architectural designing and dwelling houses development,
particularly through the relation between dwelling house and group of houses, had had
major influence in New Belgrade development. In block 45, series of dwelling houses had
been envisaged on its own, without organizing other urban forms – without any
architectural morphology composition. The problem gets resolved through development
of new urban units with malls and big mega-markets. Housing and housing environment
gets extended by the new urban elements, thus changing the relation towards the dwelling houses – example of block 62. |
