century, with
offspring of modern civic social class. The occurrence of rental apartment is the first form of social housing, established for the known user. In 19
th
century, so-called social
housing is being developed. Workers’ apartments are not substantially different from
social housing, which were named after the apartments built by factory owners for

conditions had branded multi-family housing in 20

Yugoslavia, with fast and efficient construction of apartments for workers’ class; under
the motto “apartments for all”. End 20

territory of former Yugoslavia, the necessity forces development of housing units and
facilities for housing refugees and families harmed during 1999 bombing, as affordable
social apartments, which are developed fast using domestic construction materials. |
