	Summary:
	The purpose of this study is to form a mathematical model of "Entertainment and Emotions" city function. Methodology: a theoretical and multiple approach is used to formalize the model of "Entertainment and Emotions" city function. Conclusions: As a result of this study, a model of "Entertainment and Emotions" city function was obtained, which determines the possibility of describing the state of "Entertainment and Emotions" city function as well as its quantitative assessment. Impact interpretation: the results of this study can be used in the process of further study of city functions, as well as in the implementation of urban planning activities.
