| The organizational structure of the Public company for communal
infrastructure and services "Kikinda" – JP Kikinda, founded in 2014 in Тown of Kikinda,
is discussed in this paper. The newly established JP Kikinda began its operations in
2015 and integrated five public companies activities. JP Kikinda, which is not the legal
successor of any previous company, was founded with the aim that communal services
become more efficient, cheaper and better. Following a brief review of communal
activities and company organization, the paper presents five public companies, which
are in the quenching process, and then JP Kikinda, which integrates utilities.
Оrganigrams of companies considered are used in the paper. The organigrams attached
illustrate utilities integration executed. New JP Kikinda, with a matrix structure, has
shown a number of benefits during its recent work. |
