	Summary:
	There was a rockfall in uncontrolled excavation for the construction of a new building. The stability of the existing slope was brought into question. Also, there was a minor soil movement down the slope due to water activity on the slope before excavation. This paper presents a technical solution of slope ensuring and solution of drainage of surface water. Works were carried out on the basis of the solution.
