 Summary:
In satisfying human needs and increasing the percentage of green spots in urban areas, it is an important part of the solution space to have an adequate parking facility in the city center while saving the identity of the formed area. The starting point of evaluating the quality of life in the urban environment is to establish the relationship between the possibilities of space and factual situation in it. At the end of the 20th century began the decline of "urban expansion” and the creation of conditions for "more intensive" use of urban space, and introduction process of "urban renewal". One possible model of urban renewal as an integral part of the planning process and to establish "sustainable development" is to regulate the traffic. Parking spaces and individual garages in urban centers most often are “visual pollutants” and irrational usurpers in urban environment. By building on individual group of garage, which irrationally takes up the space as a resource, the conflict between economy and ecology will be overcome as a compromise and development of high-quality growth. The applying upgrade will establish a link between the urban and natural landscape, that is immeasurable and an important parameter that improves not only the visual quality of space but also establishes the consistency of interest in the built environment, and this area thus obtain defined component in the "sustainable development.
