PERCEPTION OF THERMAL COMFORT IN THE WORKPLACE

 Summary:
 This paper presents the analysis of thermal comfort perception at the workplace based on the results of a survey conducted among the employees of Banja Luka University during the spring 2012th year. The survey covered employees at five institutions located in different parts of the city, and they were asked about various aspects of thermal comfort in winter and summer. Results showed a general dissatisfaction of employees with climate of the interior, which is slightly worse in summer than in winter. χ2 - test showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the employees perception of the thermal comfort according to the institution for various aspects of thermal comfort unless the sense of sudden changes of temperature in the winter during the day (χ2 = 9.621, p = 0.022).
