 Summary:
The simplest static system that is used in structural engineering today (bridges, large span industrial buildings ) is a single beam . Such concrete girders are usually loaded with continuous load , but it often happens that they are transferring large concentrated forces. These are the spots of high stress concentration which caused sometimes negative consequences in the design, if not considered. By the analysis of the girders through the software package ANSYS and its modeling using the finite element method (FEM) , we get a more detailed view of influence of concetrated loads on a concrete girder. The nonlinear behavior of the structure must be taken into consideration when stresses in any part of the structure exceeded the limit of proportionality (material nonlinearity) or when the deformation of the girder reach that value to their size has a significant effect on the change of the stress-strain state of the structure (geometric nonlinearity). The problem to be analyzed in this paper, a comparative analysis of the stress state, deformation and other results for the three reinforced concrete beams static system simple beam. The emphasis is on the difference in the response of the structure due to the linear and nonlinear analysis and modeling method of reinforcement.
